I attended a course on Audit Report Writing held by Tracie and her team and I can say that she is a brilliant trainer, full of energy and passion for her job.

After the seminar, I developed a better understanding about effective communication in audit reports, which is very important for my job.

I also appreciated the fact that she quickly created a very friendly environment in the class, which made easier to complete all the challenging tasks proposed respecting the strict deadlines.
